Shipping 

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. We usually ship our packages through USPS First Class Service when selecting our Free Shipping option but it will depend on the size of your order.

    How long do you take to ship an order?

    We do our best to ensure a timely delivery of all orders. Our processing time is 1-2 business days.

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been handled and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please look for the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail to track your package.
    *Orders placed late on Fridays, Holidays or during the weekend, will be processed by our shipper on the next business day.

    Hint: If you have a Lolo account you can log into your account at any time to track your order directly from your account.  

    Free Shipping Policy

    All orders above $60 USD shipped within the USA territory will qualify for free USPS First Class Mail.

    On occasion and on different products we may offer special free shipping. If any such offer becomes available, it will use the same shipping service.

    We currently do not offer free shipping for international orders.

     

    Returns

    If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

    You can choose to return items within 30 days of purchase. 

    International orders are not eligible for returns. 

    Products on Sale are not eligible for refunds, only store credit or exchanges. 

    You can return your product for store credit, exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

    Some types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, candy, or coffee cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary goods such as face masks, and Bath & Skincare products.

    Shipping costs paid in your order are non-refundable. 

    If you decide to receive an exchange, we will mail you the replacement item(s) within 1-2 business days after receiving your package. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    About Re:do

    Checkout with the $1.98 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for store credit or refund on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn’t work. This is only compatible with our website at this time.

    Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds (if applicable) 
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
    If you received our refund confirmation email but haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable) 
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Replacements for Damaged products (if applicable) 
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is your situation, please email us at info@lolomercadito.com so we can assist you. 

    Gifts 
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
