REIMAGINATION OF ANCESTRAL WISDOM INTO DELICIOUS TREATS

In the fertile lands of San Antonio Tecomitl, Milpa Alta, Mexico City, a passionate collective of artisans tradition with the sacred grain that has nourished México for generations: maíz.
Using native red and blue corn, they craft unforgettable marzapan that honors the land and ancestral agricultural wisdom. Their corn is harvested by hand, naturally dried under the sun, then gently toasted before being ground in a fine and silky texture. The result is a treat that carries the deep, toasted aroma of real corn — sweet, earthy, and beautifully smooth. Rooted in community and care, their maize is grown without pesticides, respecting the soil and the cycle of the seasons. Every bite reflects patience, heritage, and the sacred relationship between people and land.
This is mazapán with corazón — an irresistible companion to cafesito or a midday antojo. A taste of Milpa Alta, where tradition lives in every kernel. This incredible take on mazapan creates an authentic, sweet corn taste, while keeping that smooth, silky texture we all love!
