Humo Coffee
THE RITUALS OF COFFEE ROOTS AND AUTHENTIC TASTES OF MEXICO

Humo Coffee began on the streets of Spain, when Álvaro met a Colombian woman at the market who ran her own coffee shop. When asked her favorite coffee, she said—Mexican coffee. In that moment, Álvaro saw the untold potential and recognition Mexican coffee deserved.
Humo is an authentic taste of Mexico, a bridge between growers, the land, and the ritual of the morning cup. Sourcing beans from regions like Chiapas, Veracruz, and Oaxaca, each harvest carries the voice of its origin—florals, cacao, fruit, sun, and mountain air. Each bean grain represents the efforts and dedication of many agricultural workers and families in Mexico, and every cup is filled with histories that begin in the fields and end as an enjoyable experience.
Roasted artisanal and traditional in Texas, Humo adjusts temperature and time for each bean to preserve its natural character. Rooted in respect for farmers and fair practices, the philosophy is simple: honor the soil, honor the hands, honor the story. Mexican coffee is celebrated here for its complexity, its richness, and the special tastes that remind you of home.
From careful sourcing, to roasting, to sharing each cup of rich, cultural flavor. Humo Coffee brings the ritual, the story, and the artistry of La Tierra Mexicana to your mornings.
